Parts Clerk


 Responsibilities

·         Receiving, labeling & placing parts

·         Maintaining & organizing parts area

·         Ensuring proper housekeeping  

·         Review weekly reorder list with maintenance supervisor

·         Reconcile receipts and invoices in the system

·         For warranty parts: research order number, boxing & labeling with RGA number & Fed Ex shipping label to be returned

·         Transfer parts in & out- to & from other locations; create shipping labels

·         Parts ordering/receiving

·         Inventory accuracy

·         Clerical tasks & other duties as assigned

 

Requirements

·         Must have a valid driver’s license

·         Must have motor vehicle record for 3 years

·         Ability to prioritize & multi task

·         Ability to effectively problem solve & perform research as necessary

·         Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point & Outlook)

·         Demonstrate ability to perform essential functions of the position

·         Must have good communication skills
